Had a fun night?

Riposte woke early. It wasn't the first time he'd done this and so he had gotten used to waking up early whenever sharing a bed with someone. 

Quietly and carefully he got out of bed, taking great care not to wake the mare laying beside him. He then snuck out through the door and in to the empty hallways. There was no one there apart from a lone guard patrolling the floor. The guard bowed his head as he saw Riposte walk down the opposite way to him. 

"Good morning sir" The guard said politely before continuing. 

Riposte smiled slightly, he loved the authority he invoked. 
He then quickly walked down the corridor, the room they had been using was only one of the many empty guest rooms, he hadn't actually taken her to the crystal empires royal quarters. And a good thing it was since he needed a shower, badly.
He felt dirty and needed to wash it off. 
However it had been a job well done he told himself. He had tried... again... 
He still felt the same though, something that bothered him, next time he'd maybe try something else, maybe a pegasus would be different?

His thoughts where interupted suddenly however as a deep slightly echoey voice was heard behind him. 

"Had a fun night?" 

He glanced back before spinning around and coming face to face with Princess Noctis. 
How could I not have seen her? He thought to himself before uttering a confused.

"what?" 

"You are not as discrete as you think you are" The young princess smirked and gave him a quick wink. "I think half of the night watch heard you two" 

He straightened up and faked some embarresment. 

"Oh, haha that. Well I thought the walls were a bit thicker" He chuckled slightly. 

Gotta keep up appearences he told himself, prince of love and all.

She gave him a short laugh. "guess not. Where are you going this early by the way?"

"Oh, i'm... just going to get something from my room" He smiled hoping she would go away soon. He felt done with this conversation by now. 

"Okay, well have nice day then. I'm off to say good morning to auntie Celestia then nap." She started walking away "See you around Ripper" She yelled.

"You too" Riposte said before hastily continuing to his room. 

Must shower, NOW.

Woop woop, Noctis makes her debute in a story piece!
You will be seeing a lot more of her later on in this "storyline" or whatever one would call it. 
Also she sleeps a lot during the day, however not quite as much as her mother. 

Aaaaand Riposte might be crazy... or atleast has some very strange reasoning floating around in his head. Can you guess what he's on about?
